I've been writing on and off for years now. Recently I’ve decided to take my writing much more seriously. Part of the process of doing so is to share some of my writing and allow it to see the light of day and the scrutiny of others. This is the point where you get to read it, identify with it, not identify with it, love it, hate it, critique it, read more or never read it again.

Someone recently taught me that you truly become an artist when you let your art go and allow others to make it their own. So it is in that spirit that I've created this blog; this is where I will share my writing. Some writing is academic, some is fiction, other is poetry, others are simple essays on a variety of topics. From this point on, it' s no longer just mine. Please feel free to give me some feedback good or bad, but hopefully not indifferent.
